Meet The Staff

      Amy Miller- Pastor 

          Pastor Amy was appointed to Living Faith in June of 2011.

          She comes to us from Stillwater UMC in the Dayton area where

         she served in youth ministry at one of the church campuses. Pastor Amy is

        currently working on her Master of Divinity at United Theological Seminary

         where she hopes to graduate soon! Pastor Amy is married to Dan who

        is a Worship/Associate pastor as well. Pastor Amy would love

          Hometown: Defiance, Ohio

          Education: Vision Bible College, United Theological Seminary 

          Hobbies: Amy enjoys running marathons, trail running, anything that involves running (we all know she's crazy),  missions  

          work, the Church, Ohio State Football, good coffee, and being with people.

 

         Melinda Gillette- Children's Ministry

       Hometown: Holland, Ohio

       For 21 years Melinda has taught Children's Ministry at Living Faith UMC.

   A former elementary teacher with a Masters in School Counseling, Melissa feels

  called to use her vocational and personal skills and personal faith to nurture

  children's spiritual development. Whether transporting children back to 

  Bible times through dramatic Bible stories, kicking up her feet to a praise

  song in the Sunday morning children's gathering, or connecting

  with students during an exciting game during Kid's time. Melissa

  serves with enthusiasm for connecting children to Christ. Melinda

  is married to Dave and they have 3 wonderful kids! You  can

      Chris Folck- Youth Director

      Hometown: Toledo, Ohio

      Education: University of Toledo

      Fun Facts: Chris LOVES long walks on the beach, has a dog named Maximus who he calls the 'Spaniard' 

      when he is upset with him, and he will eat anything dipped in ranch dressing, (seriously- ANYTHING).

      Passions: Chris's number one passion is to see people pursue a relationship with God. Some of his hobbies are

      are hanging out with friends, playing sports, doing daily devotionals with ESPN, taking risks, and keeping the after school
